What is CrossFit? CrossFit is an umbrella term for a dedicated high intensity workout that, rather than focusing on small areas of your body with slow, long repetitions, instead works multiple areas at once with faster sets. CrossFit is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected.
How old do you have to be to do CrossFit? One of the great things about CrossFit is it can be practiced by anyone! From children to aging athletes, anyone can try CrossFit. And for younger members, we even have our dedicated CrossFit Kids class to make sure they learn to be fit and healthy the safe way. Please note you do not have to be an athlete to participate. As a matter of fact over 90% of our client base are all beginners. We do offer beginner CrossFit classes.

How much do I have to invest in CrossFit? With our team, all you need to purchase is a membership. We are the affordable way to get healthy fast! Unlike other sports or physical activities, you don’t have to buy expensive equipment, pads, and accessories. When you come to us, we’ll have everything you need! Is CrossFit cardio or strength training? It’s actually both! CrossFit doesn’t make you choose one or the other like other gyms and fitness clubs. CrossFit combines brief and intense activities which combine cardio and strength training activities.
